Big Hairy Menus
In order to display a menu, you must have a menu file. This file simply lists the menu item names,
and what file to go to next if that option is chosen.
Note: The menu file need to be a plain text files, and not a Menu resource.
There is a basic structure to the menu file:
Menu Name•Name of file to go to next if this option is chosen
Examples:
Chilton•Page 9
Deirdre•Page 4
Alex•Start
